Q. I just purchased a monthly subscription but it will not let me log in.

A. After you have purchased a subscription, you will get two emails. One email will be your receipt for payment, the other email will be a "complete your registration" email with a link you will need to click on. During registration you will set your username and password, you must complete your registration to be able to login. If you did not get the "complete your registration" email, check your spam. If you did not receive the email for registration, you can email us at and we can resend it to you.


Q. How come I can't find a phone number?

A. As we are a small family business, we are unable to staff the phone. Depending on time of year, and time of day we are busy filling orders, doing office work, working the gardens and fields, cleaning and checking seed for our other business St. Clare Heirloom Seeds, etc. To be able to keep our product prices reasonable, we do all this work ourselves, keeping us from having to hire help.
