We cannot accept returns of CDs, DVDs, or software under any circumstance unless in unopened shrinkwrap.
We strive hard for accuracy of orders, and a positive Customer Experience, but we all know mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, or any item is damaged*, please contact us right away so we can work out the Return Process with you, or send you any missing item(s). We will send you a Return Shipping Label via email, if a return is deemed necessary. Please note that returns made without this label will not be refunded, in other words, you pay for the shipping.
If you wish to return an item due to “buyer’s remorse” or decide you don’t like an item, again please contact us, there will be a 20% restocking fee, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and there will only be a refund once we receive the item back here at our facilities and determine that the item is in new/resalable condition. Please be careful to package returns carefully, so they will remain in resalable condition, we do not want to have to refuse a return due to damage caused by poor packaging!
All returns made for any reason must be made within 30 days of purchase.
When sending a return please include a copy of your receipt, or a note with the name used in ordering and address, so we can look up the order in our records for reference. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise or send you a replacement or exchange.
All Refunds will be given in the same manner in which you made your payment. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be placed back onto your credit card account. If payment was made by check or money order, we will send you a check or money order.
*We may request photos of damaged items.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
